Laboratory

The Institute has developed well equipped laboratories

The Computer Lab has 50 systems with internet facility. The students are trained to make use of computers in sectionals and classroom teaching.

The Psychology Lab has facilities for various tests like intelligence (verbal and non-verbal), creativity, personality (questionnaires, adjustment inventories) etc. The students learn to administer, score and analyze the results.

The Science Lab caters to the requirements of experiments in Physics, Chemistry and Biology up to Senior Secondary standard.

The Audio-Visual Lab is well equipped with projectors, charts, models, maps etc. Students learn to use them as teaching aids.

Library

The library has over five thousand books and reference materials, which are constantly updated. The library is a resource for researchers on education. Besides extensive material on teacher education, the library offers a good collection of literature on Gandhian philosophy of education.
